The PACS Health Clinic provides primary care, meaning you can get set up with a regular go-to doctor to help you manage your health. It is available exclusively to low-income individuals who are struggling to afford the cost of primary health care.
The clinic sees patients by appointment only. If you are not already a patient, call 503.252.4589 to find out if we have any openings for new patients. Current patients can call the same number to schedule an appointment.
Currently we are not accepting donations of medications and sharps.
Where to dispose sharps:
Medical sharps must be put in a sharps container and can be taken to either of Metro's hazardous waste centers. Enroll in the Metro program for $5 and get a free sharps container each time you return one. A $5 hazardous waste fee for up to 35 gallons is also required.
You can also bring collected syringes to one of Metro's hazardous waste collection events, held from March - November.
Where to dispose medications:
Requirements: must be 9 months in date & sealed.
The clinic does not currently provide dental care. However, a campaign has been launched to add dental to our health care services. Construction and remodeling have already begun on the new facility!
